Mr. and Mrs. Curry were always so warm friendly when I would go with their daughter to visit them in Corry, PA. They truly have the gift of hospitality! I remember sitting and watching old black and white movies on AMC with her while visiting, working in the kitchen together, laughing together ... it was wonderful. She will be greatly missed! Prayers for Mr. Curry and her children!

I am so very sorry for the loss of Mrs. Curry. Your family has been in my prayers for several weeks now. I will continue to pray for you as you celebrate her life at her memorial service! She was always such an encouragement to me! I appreciated her friendship to my parents and the many Tuesday morning prayer meetings we had at their house in high school! Love & prayers! Kristen

I worked with Carol for many years at Conelway Elementary in Corry, Pennsylvania. She was like a mother to me and the children she worked with in class. She often took care of students who had little parent involvement. I can remember a little girl who lived with her dad. Carol cut her hair and added ribbons and curls for the little girl. She gave clothes and helped with personal hygiene to students who often were the targets of bullying for their appearance. Carol always took care of the underdog and saw to it that these students had what they needed in every way. Her family can be proud to know that Carol left a legacy with many students, and staff in Corry. Carol was proud of her children and loved Cole and Ella with all her heart. Ed was her one true love and the many stories she shared with me only reinforced her love. I'm so sorry and I send my sympathies to the entire family. May god bless all of you.

Ed, Craig, and Lisa, my prayers for God's comfort with Carol's passing into Heaven. Thank you for inviting me into your home as God worked through Carol to help me. Carol will be missed here, but perhaps in heaven, she has already invited saints over to her mansion for a praise service.

I just heard about Carols passing. My heart is so sad for our loss but so happy for Carol as she has now been face to face with our Lord. What an amazing feeling.
I just wanted to make sure Ed that you put a phone in the casket. Carol was a wonderful friend.

My sympathy to Ed and to Carol’s family. I’m thinking that right now she and my mom are chatting away and sharing laughs in heaven. Carol was such a good friend to my mother and I loved hearing about their shopping trips. What a light Carol was here on earth to everyone who was lucky enough to know her. May that light and spirit comfort her family and friends as we celebrate her life. She was an inspiration and a truly special lady.

Dear Family of Carol,
Indeed what is spoken in the obit and comments from many is true. Carol was such a friendly, welcoming person! I taught in Corry but never at Carol’s school but on inservice days at the high school she always said hello and chatted with me and asked how I was doing. Her friendliness was so genuine and it meant so much to me because I lived in another community and had moved from another state. I will always picture Carol’s beautiful smile and remember her kindnesses. My sympathies to you all.
